Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4 to 5 business days.
For certain parts, processing may take 2 to 3 working weeks. Please refer to individual product remarks or contact us via email for specific lead times.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If items are out of stock during processing, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated by total weight and displayed at checkout.
Courier Parcel Service is used for all deliveries.
Estimated transit time: 2 to 7 business days, depending on destination and local customs procedures.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control or the courier’s control. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and written in English during checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number.
The courier handling your parcel will also be specified in the email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
MarelliSpares Online Shop is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import fees incurred during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (importer).
For domestic orders, GST is included at checkout. Local delivery charges may apply based on the total weight of the items purchased.
Damaged Shipments
Please do not accept parcels that appear torn, dented, or damaged, or if damage is suspected.
Contact us immediately and notify the courier to initiate a claim.
Retain all supporting documents and photographic evidence before filing a claim.
Return & Warranty Policy
Returns
All purchases are non-returnable.
Warranty
All spare parts include a 3-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Faulty items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
Our factory engineers will conduct an investigation to determine the cause of the fault.
If the defect is confirmed to be manufacturer-related, we will replace the item and cover the return shipping cost.
